There is no question that recruiting experienced, and successful, networkers into your business will make you more money, faster, than anything else you can do.
We’ve experienced it first-hand. When we focused our efforts to put one professional networker into our business, that one person brought thousands of people with him, and our business exploded…virtually overnight. Our situation is not unique. Dozens of our clients have told us about similar results in their businesses.
So where do you find these super producers? Genealogy Lists are far and away the best place to find them.
But there is a big problem in working genealogy lists…
Most of these lists are full of bad phone numbers, people who have been called so many times that they are very rude when you call them, people who were wholesale customers (not working the business), people who are out of the industry, and people who were just not very successful.
Most people who work genealogy leads have to make 100 - or more – dials before they find someone who is interested. Then they may have to talk to 4 or 5 interested people, before they end up recruiting just one.
That’s 400 to 500 dials before you get one person! I know one guy who made over 4,000 calls and is still looking for his first enrollee. But it only takes one to make you rich.
Most people give up before they get anyone. The bad phone numbers, and irate people they often reach, wipe them out.
